    Sadly, still $12.99 on Amazon. Is this an international copyright issue? I am in South Africa …

      Ah, sorry about that! It is indeed a copyright issue—Harper only has electronic publishing rights in the U.S. In South Africa, you’re dealing with my UK publisher, Picador, who make their own independent pricing decisions.
